In the coach's words
I played professional baseball, so I know what that level asks of a player and what it takes to get there. I develop pitchers through individualized pitching, strength, arm-care and performance training, and I coach the mental side of the game as hard as the physical. My philosophy is simple: an athlete should learn to be their own coach on the mound. I do not just make adjustments for them. I walk them through what is happening, why it is happening, and what right and wrong feel like, so they can make the adjustment themselves when I am not standing there. Every athlete leaves with a clear plan built around their goals, movement and workload, specific work to complete before the next session, and a way to track it. The work gets pushed, the progress gets rewarded, and the athlete gets better.
